1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Sathee Health Care Foundation ("we", "our", or "the NGO"), located at our registered office at Mukundi Field, College Road, Kuchinda, Sambalpur, Odisha 768222, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website, apply for membership, or make voluntary contributions through this platform.

2. Voluntary Donations & Tax Exemption (80G)

• All contributions and donations made to Sathee Health Care Foundation are strictly voluntary gifts aimed at supporting our humanitarian, healthcare, and educational initiatives.
• Donors must provide genuine and accurate information (including full legal name, contact number, and PAN number) when submitting the donation form.
• Donations are verified by our Administration team against bank records using the Transaction ID / UTR submitted by the donor.
• Once payment is verified and approved, an official 80G Donation Receipt and Dan Patra (Appreciation Certificate) can be instantly generated and downloaded through our Verify Donation portal.

3. Donation Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Because donations are immediately allocated to active social welfare drives, medical emergencies, and community assistance, donations are generally non-refundable once accepted.
• In case of a verified technical error resulting in an unintended duplicate charge, the donor may request a review by writing to satheehealthcarefoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing proof of transaction and bank statement. Approved refund requests will be processed to the original payment source within 10-14 working days.

4. Membership Registration & Admin Verification Rules

• Individuals applying for NGO membership via the Member Apply portal must provide valid identification documents and truthful personal details.
• Upon application submission, a unique Member User ID and Password are automatically generated for the applicant.
• Mandatory Admin Approval: All new membership registrations are placed in a Pending state. The applicant CANNOT log into the Member Dashboard until their documents and background are reviewed and formally approved by the NGO Administrator.
• Sathee Health Care Foundation reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or revoke any membership application at its sole discretion without prior notice if fraudulent documents or misconduct are discovered.
• Members are issued a Digital NGO ID Card and Appointment Letter strictly for authorized charitable service. Misuse of the NGO credentials, unauthorized fund collection, or representing the organization without written authority is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The name Sathee Health Care Foundation, the official logo, emblems, website content, graphics, photographs, certificates, and campaign materials are protected under intellectual property laws. No entity or individual may reproduce, copy, redistribute, or use our branding for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the National President or Governing Body.

6. Code of Conduct for Volunteers and Members

All members and volunteers representing Sathee Health Care Foundation are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, empathy, and professionalism. Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or social status will result in immediate termination of membership and revocation of the digital ID card.

7. Website Availability & Disclaimers

While we strive to keep our portal accessible 24x7, Sathee Health Care Foundation shall not be held liable for temporary website downtime due to technical maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Health camp advisories provided on the site are for public awareness and do not replace certified medical emergency consultation.

8. Amendments to Terms

Sathee Health Care Foundation reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated timestamp.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all activities governed by them shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sambalpur, Odisha, India.
